Privacy Policy

What this is:
This is a privacy policy. It outlines in (hopefully) clear terms what our policyis on privacy. In other words, it tells you what we will do with information you remit to us. However, what you're probably interested in is what we won't do with it. That's fine too, we have a section for that. The sections are descriptively named, and (hopefully) simple to understand.
What we collect:
For registration of our programs, we gather and store the registrants name, email address, and/or the first 3 digits of ZIP code, if those digits are supplied voluntarily.
For those visiting our site, we collect only non-personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, IP address, city/region, and time spent at the site. The collection of this information is done by a third party, and disclosed to us. It is purely demographical in nature.
What we do with it:
For those who have registered, and have lost their PIN, they need simply supply 2 of the 3 pieces of information they registered with. The data collect for registrants is purely used on a comparative basis.
For the demographical information, it is used to serve as a guide line for who is visiting our site, which pages they spend time at, and where they are reading our website from. Thus, the demographical information is used to improve the quality of our website.
What we do not do with it:
We never share your personal info with anyone. At all. Ever.
You don't need to worry about giving us your email address. It is completely private, and will not be spammed.
Because the information given by the registrants is used in a comparative way, it is never shared with anyone.
The demographical information is also used internally, though it may be shared with other companies in the event that they have a need of it. To date, we have not shared it with any other company.
Benefits:
The registrant's info has been utilized to procure one lost PIN. The first three digits of the registrant's ZIP Code and the registrant's name were used.
The demographical information has made us aware of the need for localization efforts. A large portion of our visitor base comes from countries whose language is not english.
Emails:
Emails when sent to MotaSoft become our mail. We retain rights to storage, and retrieval.
However, you (the sender of said email) still own the content, and rights as to where and when it can be published, in any form, assuming you owned the rights to it at the time you sent it.
Conclusion:
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time, without any notice, and without cause, warning, or heads up. Without even so much as an off-handed gesture.
That said, we probably won't be changing this any time soon, unless we spot a typo, or a lawyer critiques it.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
