4/28/2003
This site hasn't been updated for a while, so I'm just popping in to do so.
Nothing new to report, I am experimenting with a few things.  We'll see how it turns out.
Also would like to say that today is UAC's birthday.  A year ago today, an alarm actually
worked as it was intended.  So, yeah, I'm feeling a bit nostalgic.
I'm also adding an Archived News page, since this is getting rather large.

The "prank" was not well received in testing; thus it's failure to appear.  UAC has a new version, a
minor bug fix.  As for what else is in the works, no news yet.  UAC appears to be reaching it's full
functionality, however, and 1.5 may be its final incarnation.  Now would be the time for more feature requests.
With that, I bid you farewell, for a time.

Announcing a new update to UAC.  It's now version 1.4.2.  It also comes with a new trick up it's
preverbial sleeve: the ability to create alarms from a selected date in almost any running application.
I'll spare the infomercial-style spiel, and say one single word: eBay.
As for other things going on, we may have a prank program available by April 1. It'll be freeware, simplistic,
and, ideally, terrifying.  Restarting won't even save the victims from it's absolute evil!  Mwahaha!
Well, I'd better stop. Take care,
~Isaac

Just had to post on here today, since 3 is a magic number.  And I suppose I could announce a new
update, to boot.  UAC 1.4.0 is here, now with another very powerful feature for everyone: the
ability to select multiple files or folders to play MP3s from, and, for registered users, improved
support for MPGs, and a few other abilities, summed up on this page here.
Happy downloading, don't forget to try Noise Packs, and don't drink the water...

Here to announce . They're quite short MP3s, quite loud, and quite free.
If you just want UAC to buzz like a normal alarm, these files should help that.
Currently, there are four packs available, with four rather generic themes.
You can look at them here.  Aside from that, another version of UAC will be available
shortly.  Check in around the end of the month.  Take care,
~Isaac

Some of you may have been having problems with UAC 1.3.1; if you have, try out 1.3.2.
It should solve your problems. At any rate, not too much to report this month;
development is ramping up on a new project, but you won't see anything for a while.
Going to bend my web guy over a stove to get him to add some things to the site, too;
what's the fun of having underlings if you can't threaten them with bodily harm from
time to time?
Obviously I'm joking. Take care, and don't let Cupid's arrow pierce too deeply...
~Isaac

Finally added Preferences to UAC, and fixed a variety of bugs found throughout.
Thus, UAC 1.3.0 is now available (and you can download it
here)!  Beyond updates
for that, I don't see too much on the horizon for at least a few days.
I now have two more ideas which I'm kicking around with my minions.
Have a good Groundhog's day...

Well, after working to handle some unpredictable behavior under OS 10.2.3,
DBW version 1.0.5 is now available for public consumption.  You can find
all the info on that here.  Beyond that, expect an update for UAC within the
next couple of weeks.  Take care, and don't play in the yellow snow...

Not much in the way of programs happening yet this month, but there's
a bit of a new layout on the application pages. Each now has it's own
page, and the Shareware page is now a list.  Added a few screenshots, as well.
Another utility is in the works, but don't expect anything on it for a few months.
That's it for now.

A bunch of news here.  First, our new utility, Drop Box Watcher, has been released.
Second, thanks to Kevin Burton, UAC version 1.2.2 is now ready for download.
They'll have their own pages shortly, but for now, they can both be found here.
Oh, and happy new year to all.

12/25/2002
Three updates in a month.  I need to slack off a bit more, I think.  Anyway: in response to
a few sneaky bugs in UAC 1.2.0, 1.2.1 has been released.  On Christmas day.  The bugs involved
Console-junkies and a few users who had some trouble with their alarms triggering properly.
Those have now been solved.  I've got a few more ideas, and only a few days to release that
 "other" utility...
~Isaac

12/17/2002
As promised, UAC 1.2.0 is now officially available!  Go ahead.  Download it.
I dare you.  You can get the info on that here .  Aside from that, there's not much more news.
Happy holidays to those of you that bother with them.  Myself included, I suppose.
~Isaac

Hmm.  Well, no new downloads, but I hope you like the new look.
I think I've spent enough time grieving over the loss of our graphic designer.
It's back to work, and a slew of new features are coming for UAC.  I'm also
going to be releasing a new utility later this month.  That's it for now.

I did a little better between updates this time.
UAC 1.1.0 has been available for a few days, and 1.1.1 is on its way, with a few bug fixes.
We've got a new program on the way as well; it's in closed beta as I type.
When I put it up, I'll update again.
My BeSeen hit counter went down over the weekend, so I'm taking it off, as well as that
Not Too Shabby badge, thus making this page even more boring.
Perhaps some dancing monkeys... ~Isaac

7/29/2002
Quite a distance between the updates.
I'll have to work on that.
Anyway, the work on the new site is finally underway.
That's good news.
Also, UAC has a new version.
That's here, for those interested.
More good news.
Just full of it aren't I?
And No, my eyes aren't brown. ~Isaac

Welcome to MotaSoft's humble homepage.
Expect far more professionally done work (on the site) in the near future.
For now, it's somewhere you can find a current version of my software at all times.
Each program has it's own page, but they are further divided into either
Shareware or Freeware .
