July 4th Celebration a Success!


Salem's LWML and Men's Fellowship sponsored a Independence Day celebration to raise funds for the congregation's radio ministry. The day was a lot of fun!

After a great deal of hard work and preparation, the "big day" went off without a hitch!

For some, one of the highlights for the day was singing the national anthem at the new flag pole...



And everyone enjoyed the wonderful food!



The preparations took some planning and hard work, but everyone seemed to have a good time doing it.



The kids and the adults enjoyed the games...



All and all, it was a very enjoyable day! These days, most folks are too busy rushing around with the busy-ness of life. It was good to spend time with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
