Welcome to Sapphire Studios. This is a site displaying my work I've done throughout the years, in commercial art classes, web, film editing, digital effects, illustration, layout, and digital photography classes. This pretty much shows all of the multimedia work I've done.

My name is Heather Siani and was born and raised in New York. I have been living here my entire life so far, where I went to school and attended Orange-Ulster Career and Technical Education Center. There I took a 2 year course in Visual Arts from September 2002- June 2004. I have completed classes in Cisco & Adobe Web Fundamentals, Commercial Art, and Print. I have greatly enhanced my skills and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, GoLive, Live Motion, and Microsoft FrontPage at C-TEC.

Starting October 2004, I began classes at The College of Westchester in White Plains NY where I majored in Multimedia Developement & Management. Here I created my work using the same programs as I did in C-TEC, plus incorporating film editing and motion graphics for the first time. I have learned iMovie, iPhoto, Apple Final Cut Pro, LiveType, and Adobe AfterEffects. Here I have also
done web animations using Macromedia Flash, Director, and created 3D environments using 3D Studio Max.

I was able to get my Associate Degree in 18 months at the College of Westchester. During those 18 months I acquired an internship and became a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society, where I soon was awarded a position in the Ambassador's Club at the college.
