E-mail from the Trail I will be carrying a small computer for writing my journal entries and keeping in touch. The device has a small keyboard and screen, weighs 8 oz., and has a built-in accoustic modem for sending and receiving e-mail just by holding the computer up to the phone. Look mom, no wires!
