DocHaven from Holy Mackerel Software!
At its core DocHaven is a program that organises your documents into projects. It stores these projects in a virtual library. When you need a project you log in as a user and take it out of the library. When you've finished with a project you put it away — back into the library. Plus it keeps the latest ten versions of your projects should you need to go back. The library can be on your one computer, shared on your LAN or even on the ‘Cloud’.
TwitHaven, CashHaven and CRMHaven are all built into the DocHaven application. TwitHaven allows logged in users to send messages and attachments to each other. If a user has a defined email or SMS address the message also is sent to this service, without users even having to know each other’s email addresses. CashHaven allows users to be given a cash balance. Certain people who are allowed to administer CashHaven can enter sales or returns securely without any cash changing hands. CRMHaven links to DocHaven’s clients. Multiple groups of clients can be set up and treated differently with support for surveys, exporting to Word and Excel for mailmerging, eMailshots and reporting.
