  • iPhoto support: ShuffleSaver now displays images from your iPhoto-albums. You can select your favorite albums and shuffle them.
iPhoto support also includes an new save feature. So you can save flickr-photos to iphoto directly.

  • Offline-Cache: ShuffleSaver now has an offline-cache. So it displays photos even when you are not connected to the Internet. So there is no reason not to make ShuffleSaver your default screensaver anymore

The 1.0 Version contained a small bug, so installation failed on certain machines. Version 1.01 should fix that bug.

Do you think screensavers are boring? Then you should try ShuffleSaver. In my opinion it's the most dynamic screensaver to date: It grabs your favorite photos (by tags, username or interestingness) from flickr.com and shuffles them. So everytime your screensaver starts, you will see amazing new pictures. You can even create favorites of your settings or save your favorite images to your harddisk. Screensavers are not boring anymore...

TextClipping 1.0 released
TextClips are created whenever you drag some text to the Finder or Desktop. Unfortunately Spotlight does not index TextClips, cause Apple did not include an importer for those files. TextClipping is that missing importer. Just install it and your TextClips will be searchable.
