Ow! I had a super-duper cramp in my calf this
morning, one of the worst in awhile.
So, when I got up, I stretched a bit, then
hobbled over the the computer and searched on "ask.com" for "how to prevent
muscle cramps." Here's a few useful links it gave

They all say pretty much the same
thing: drink lots of water, eat bananas and oranges (for potassium and
magnesium), don't let your muscles get too tight.
