What about lawsuits by a cult against a private cult-watcher organization http://www.utlm.org/underthecoveroflight_news.htm From slashdot: even making a weblink to another website can be viewed as a copyright violation! Similar action taken by Scientology.
(4) MPAA: rates forthcoming religious movie (Facing the Giants) PG because it has religious themes.

(5) Does free speech mean that our words have no consequences?
