LBC Youth lesson for Jan 13 2008: The Promised New Covenant


Passage: Jer 31:31-34

Ezekiel 36:24-31 is in there too, especially vs 26:
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

I quoted that verse to a Mormon girl once when on the train to Chicago. She said, "Isn't that kind of like being reborn?"

You can imagine that the rest of the conversation was very enjoyable for both of us.
