I just watched The Day After Tomorrow, and let me tell you. That movie sucked. It's suckitude was thorough, and complete. It sucked almost as much as the 8-pound Oreck XL. Let me sum up the movie in a couple of lines

"New Ice Age, but only in America. How ironic."

"#@!*%!, MAN! I'M TRYING TO SAVE AN INNOCENT LIFE!"

"I love ya, always have."

"We're screwed"

"We're saved! Thanks to the Mexicans!"

"DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME, "#@!*% !?"

Sorry for the use of profanity in this very public blog, but those are direct quotes. At least ones with profanity.

------
I wrote back to Kyle: I saw bits and pieces of this movie on a macintosh powerbook on display at the university bookstore. I think you may have been kind.

Update I watched much of this movie while Kayla and some friends watched it (rented). Well, the special effects were ok. Vice President Gore must be proud of this film. And those woolly mammoths must have had some kind of industrial system going to generate their ice age!

Does anyone else think that Dennis Quaid looks like Harrison Ford when he wrinkles up his forehead?
