Prepare and cook one serving at a time: Measure 70 ml (2 1/3 oz) water into a small mixing cup. Add 70 ml (2 1/3 oz ) mix packed lightly. Stir briefly until smooth. Wait a minute until the batter thickens. Fry at low to medium heat. Do not overcook. 

 

One 70 g serving of Ferrando Pancakes has a mere 2 g of carbohydrates and over 9 g of quality protein. For added protein, Ferrando Pancake Mix contains egg white in addition to proteins from whey and soy isolates, wheat and flax.  

 

Now with MCT's. Ferrando Pancake Mix now has MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides from Coconut) right in the mix.
