3 cans black beans
1 1/2 pkgs tempe
1 large red pepper
1 large red onion
1 lb mushrooms
1 can ollives
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 pkgs burrito sized tortillas
2 lbs shredded mozzerella cheese
1 bottle of hot sauce
Saute veggies in oil. Saute tempe seperately.
Combine everything except for the tortillas,
cilantro, hot sauce and cheese.Serve with tortillas
and all people to add their own cilantro, cheese
and hot sauce.
