Hillcrest Clean-up & Earthfair   Sunday, April 22, 2007 was Earth Day...several dozen community-minded folks spent the morning sweeping the sidewalks/gutters of Hillcrest before heading to the Balboa Park for Earthfair.

The Hillcrest Clean Team and the Town Council had their first volunteer clean-up Lots of folks showed up to pitch in making pile after pile and picking up LOTS of trash and cigarette butts come on out and join us.... it's a bunch of fun and you meet the nicest people! and they're friendly, too. we'll be doing it again on Saturday, July 14 (if not before) Ina, you rock! thanks for bringing Dave. look at all the cars burning fossil fuel on the way to Earthfair maybe walking in or riding a bike would be smart next year. peace and love and Earthfair in Balboa Park April 22, 2007 drums and dancing Question 9-11 Emily Richards Ferdinand Ferino See you next year! www.HillQuest.com
