Here it is, step by step, how Ray and Master boat builder Richard Kimball built a Chesapeake Light Craft kayak

   

putting the hull together
chines are first wired together
bow and stern glued
it's starting to look like a kayak
seams are epoxied
Jody helps epoxy fiberglass cloth on
and another coat
between coats entire kayak is sanded
Richard and Ray put another coat on
inside is epoxied
top deck is nailed on
deck overhang is removed
one happy paddler!!
Malcolm christens the kayak
