Daren Carlson's Vintage Rupp Nitros

Daren's Rupp Nitro 440 F/A.

Here is another of Daren's1975 Rupp Nitro 440 F/A. This sled, also built from parts, is more of a custom design that is very faithful to the original factory Nitro. Notable differences include the windshield and decals. Another, more subtle difference, is in the use of a Polaris track. Both of the 75's have the same engine, the venerable Kohler 440 2RS. Sno Twister fans will note, it is the same engine used in their sleds but the Rupps lacked the Twister's jackshaft drive that the Twister used to great advantage.
