When I am not in front of a pottery wheel or easel, I work for Western Illinois University as a Computer Consultant (not the actual title, but close enough). I love both of my occupations, because they are basically at two different ends of the spectrum. I am constantly assisting users at my job, while my studio time is totally a lone venture. I think they make my life interesting as well as challanging. I am constantly challanged by both jobs to improve my knowledge and skills within each of the fields that I love.

I have a wonderful husband, Justin, and we have been married since 1993. Justin also works here at WIU and is trying to finish his Masters in Computer Science. I don't have kids, but I do have a cat, Moukie. Check out her page. That is basically my immediate family here in Macomb. All my other relatives a spread across central Illinois from Toulon and Pekin to Glasford and Peoria. Come to think of it, there are a ton of them.
