1. I want Time Machine to become more intelligent. Stop insisting on starting a backup as soon as I boot my computer or wake it from sleep -- I need resources at that time! Also, be intelligent enough to acknowledge when I'm NOT on my home network, thus, AWAY from my backup Airdisk -- that way you don't waste time / resources preparing a backup only to realize 10 minutes later that the drive's not there. This should be obvious.

2. I want iCal to go back to how it was in Tiger. That was 2 operating systems ago, pre-Snow Leopard, pre-Leopard! It worked better, it required fewer clicks to edit changes to an event. Don't make me do so much work.

3. iCal in Snow Leopard is more annoying. When you move / modify an event that someone else is invited to, it asks you multiple times if you'd like to notify other parties. NO. Fuck off, stop acting like Microsoft designed you.

4. I want shared calendars in iCal that multiple people can edit. This shouldn't be hard.

5. I want iSync's phone drivers to keep pace with new phones... I still can't sync my Nokia 6301, and it's not even a new phone!
