He can listening what teacher said, but he could not speak English better than listening because he had just only little speaking training. 

Today my brother said to me he gonna bring me to restaurant.
So my friend Yukino and me go after school.
In CSLI it was so weird because we had to talk in English. We had never talk in English even in Japan. My brother English is quit good because he likes English and he study harder than me. He can listening what teacher said, but he could not speak English better than listening because he had just only little speaking training.
I think restaurant must be Canadian style, because my brother also didn't want Japanese food in here.
I suggest KEG . It is a popular steak house in Canada.
