Error in Quicklook?

Apple's latest version of Mac OS X, Leopard, has a nifty feature called Quicklook. When you have a file selected in the Finder, you can tap the space bar and the Finder will display the contents of the file without opening the corresponding program. This can be a great time-saver: it's a lot faster than waiting for large programs to take their sweet time opening.

But this does not always go well. Below is a screen shot of my time sheet, as displayed in Quicklook:

These times are all off by two hours. I can't really explain why this is. Maybe it has to do with the fact that the local time on my machine is Mountain, and the file was originally created in the Eastern time zone. But I filled it in locally, with the correct numbers, and it still shows the correct number when I open the file in Excel.
