A light
There's one last form of ID I can try. They'll
take a certified copy of my marriage license. I don't know why, but that's what
the forms say. The Philadelphia web site says we have to send in 2 $15 checks
and some other trivial information. They don't say who the second check should
be made out to, but a quick phone call gets that answer. Now it's
thumb-twiddling time.
