Geez; can you spare the tags?

I'm a fervent believer in accessibility. It's not boring; it's clean. Sure there's no animated GIFs, no stereogram backgrounds, and no navigation frame or applet. That means, wonder of wonders, that anyone can get at the information here regardless of what browser they use.
I haven't really had the time to do a good non-intrusive design. I'd like to dress it up. I'd like the dressing to not be so heavy that you can't see what type of lettuce the salad's made of and whether or not there are radishes. I'll get to it.
