Kimmie!or, daaaaa daaaaaa duh da da da da da da da da da
da duh-duh da da daaaaa
If you didn't know, that's the olympic
theme.
God I haven't blogged in forever. Must have nothing to say. And frankly, that's about right. Not that I have much to say tonight. Let's just recap. School is going well--with various teaching and admin activities going on. Fun, really. Went to AC last weekend for just the day since the bastards wouldn't give us a free room. Insane episode of mid-day drunkenness. See, we got there at about 10 am for maximum gambling. I started right away on the screwdrivers and video poker. After a couple hours of that, we went to roulette and played that for a couple hours, lubricated by a steady diet of rum and diets. There was about an hour of blackjack there as well. Well, we were finally hungry mid-afternoon and we were duh-runk. At about 7 that evening, Rick asked me if we had had lunch and where we had had it. Not a good sign. Fun though. Though weird. I usually sober up unconsciously. We are amid bathroom renovation estimate procuring. Such fun. Why does it have to be so hard? Really, the last two weeks have been all about the Olympics and the figure skating. So proud of Bel Air's own Kimmie Meissner. She is not quite a Rosalynn Sumners, but she has potential (I'm hoping my reader(s) will do some research to get all of those comments). I booked my flight to Seattle today--March 16-19 for the expressed purpose of seeing the newly transplanted Grandma and Grandpa. I'm sure there will be some friend time in there too:) At some point, I am going to have to blog about Style Me with Rachel Hunter, quite possibly the worst reality show ever, so you know it's incredibly entertaining. OK, off to bed. Oh, and Paul's latest band name has got to be a joke. My favorite band name from people I know was a high school band of some friends: Slow Children at Play.
