Salisbury prep
Goals:
Offensively,
there are many things, but I want to keep it simple. Receivers need to cut
hard. Any jogging sort of or not 100% cutting by receivers is unacceptable. On
Friday in indoor, we'll go over this a little bit. Handlers need to improve
dump spacing and cuts.
Defensively, we
will work on our directional marks. Again we need aggressive, intense
marks.
Team goal is sideline support.
Up calls are critical.
As for plays,
I'd like to run Opel, which is a sideline play, which is basically the up and
fill, works great on a end zone trap as well. Let's try to run Subaru as well,
which is similar to Mazda. If we can do this we'd have 4 plays (MOTS, TOMS,
MOTTOS), so we can rock the anagram options, and work on our mental game as
well.
Recap: Subaru, Opel,
Hard cuts, hard marks, Up calls.
