Practice 11/9/04


As the temperature dropped below freezing, the 13 or some guys who braved the cold had one of the most fun practices of the year. TIm Chang stepped in for Raj and lead a lengthy warmup. The first drill was the Triangle Drill which was followed by the some M-Drill SAQ work. We also did the Kill Drill and some partner throwing. After that was the Butterfly Drill and a big crazy Plinko Drill. We finished up with some 3 on 3 make it take, in which the team of Chris, Tim, and Tim won 4 in a a row to lay claim to the title: Champions of the Universe.
