Practice 11/16/04


When Sicard street is away, Machine will play, and play well. We had 12 or so at practice, not including the the RUTV people there to record us. After a some throwing and a thorough warmup, the we did the triangle drill. The triangle drill was not as crisply done as I'd like. So after my exhortations to work harder, we did the comeback drill, two sets of two times through. The flow drill and partner throwing followed. Then we did the most dangerous man drill, which was the best drill of evening. Throughout the drill people improved their timing, and throwers did a better job of moving the disc quickly. The next drill was plinko, followed by some 3 on 3, make it take it. Sadly, there were no overarching 3 on 3 winners this practice. After practice Steve and I answer some questions in front of the camera. It's supposed to air Wednesday December 1. I don't know what show it will be a part of.
