Indoor Session 3


This session turned up the intensity. After the normal workout was the following:

Plyometric Series: side jumps, rim jumps, quick jumps, single leg hops, bounding, frog jumps
Machine Drill: 7 throwers, each person went through 4 times
Marking Series: warmup, 6 x 20s shuffles
Thrower Marker Drill
Suicides: 3 suicides
Squat-Thrust-Jumps: 20 squats, 20 squat thrusts, 20 squat thrust jumps
