When you hire me as a media trainer, the agenda is completely flexible - I will work a full day or half a day as required at the location of your choosing. Typically you will go through the following:

* Interview practice
* An insider's view of the process of journalism
* Tips on the tricks journalists use, and why
* Hints on how to deal with them
* Further interview practice
* Q&A throughout

...but it's your day and the exact format will be up to you. Once you have confirmed your booking, you get:

* Pre-event consultancy, in which I will evaluate your needs and we will agree an agenda
* Optionally I can book a room at the Institute of Directors for the event, charged to you at cost
* Analysis of your core messages and how they can fit into the media you want to target
* Training in different media
* One week's free response to follow-up queries by e-mail
