I called up some agencies to see..umh..some apartments. To my surprise..

They are all NOT interested at all to grab new clients. The representative I spoke with where like bothered of ME wanting to SEE an apartment which was for rent. WTF ?

So I will get back home and see more apartments next time. In the end I will manage to see some nice one even if I could see almost all from this great site on Swiss real estates But man, what a delusion. I like to be courted before buying something..and here is the opposite. Eh...Swiss way to do business...
