Presentation	- characteristic necrolytic migratory erythematous rash - cheilosis (swollen, cracked, bright red lips) - diarrhoea - diabetes mellitus - anaemia - venous thrombosis - weight loss - neuropsychiatric symptoms
Investigations	FBC - anaemia (normocytic, normochromic)
