Gregor Findlay is the owner and principal consultant at

One day, after much wandering about and at age 36, he found
himself sitting on the roof of a houseboat in Kashmir,
listening to the Muezzin calling the locals to prayer and
enjoying the sunset. It came to him, then and there,
finally! - the thing that he would do - the career that
would fit him so well - like a tailor made suit (unlike the
ill-fitting and scratchy one he had been wearing in the
past). He would be a coach! but stay in the world of
business where he loved the theory, and could use the
psychology he had studied at university and the experience
he had gained to date.
So two days later he was on a flight home thinking that he
only knew one HR Director, and he'd only met her once in a
bar..... that was in 2001
