An Introduction

I felt the need for a mechanism for me to express,
share and explore with others my thoughts on various
areas of performance development after having coached
individuals and teams in organisations since 2001.

useful links and reading recommendations.
Why 'psycho-babel'? Well I'm not a psychologist* though I did do a psychology degree many moons ago and do use a lot of psychological principles and tools in my work. I get frustrated by what seems to be the disjoint what is perceived as real, useful and practical and what some people might call 'psychobabble'. It also frustrates me when opportunities are missed to translate valuable psychological principles into practical uses.
My hope is that in some small way this blog can help translate concepts into realities, psychobabble into useful insights, and entertain along the way
* you have to have a post graduate qualification and be recognised by the BPS for that
