Are you smart enough to surf?

Big brother is watching and is hell-bent on watching more.



If the CIA has it's way, the internet will be restricted to only those people who are responsible enough to use it. CIA director, George Tenet, suggested that "Access to networks like the World Wide Web might need to be limited to those who can show they take security seriously". What does this mean? Well, I guess that means the CIA will need to monitor all internet traffic to make sure you are safe enough to surf. Will there be some responsible security test you need to pass in order to log on? The implications of this policy are frightening, to say the least.
