Mr. Bush, have you ever heard the story of the boy who cried wolf?

What does it mean to be credible in the world? To have stature as a world leader? I've almost forgotten, it's been so long. So it seems we (the US) are planning an invasion of Iraq, so we have covert operations gathering intelligence. What will the world think when we bring "credible" evidence to the UN after the Iraq fiasco?
