Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood WatchMarch 2002—Under the supervision of UC Santa Cruz Science Communication program graduate, Alice Cascorbi, I was one of three interns who wrote 15 "factsheets" in support of the Seafood Watch Program at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. My job was to write short descriptions based on internal documents, print literature, and selected websites. The results will eventually appear on the Seafood Watch Program website.

Fish: Chilean sea bass, pacific halibut, rockfish, dolphinfish (mahi mahi), abalone, swordfish, and striped bass.

Fishing Gear: longlining, trawling, purse seining, trolling, pole and line, gill netting, traps and pots, and harpooning.
