tactics. UPDATE 2: The Boston Globe's editorial today (9/10) got it right: it was W.
and Evil Dick who were trapped in a Cold War "pre-9/11 mindset", ignoring
terrorist threats that led to 9/11. A vote for them is more likely to lead to
more terrorist attacks.
