Looking from the outside
The United States is now even more--and rightfully
so--the laughing stock and source of fear for the rest of the world. Headlines
from abroad: "Oops, They Did It Again!" (Germany) and "How Can 59,054,087 People
Be So Dumb?" (Daily Mirror of London) This article from the Asia Times is representative of how we look to
