Prior's Back

Mark Prior (18-6 last year, third in Cy Young balloting) is finally back pitching with the Cubs and notched his first win today--against the previously undefeated Roger Clemens in Houston (no small feat). I'm starting to regain my confidence in the Cubs now. Sammy is due back as early as next weekend, and Wood is pitching off a mound this week. Maybe by the time I get back from Okinawa (July 13--the All-Star Break), we'll have all our starters back in the line-up and on our way to doing the kind of damage to the Central Division as this team is capable of. I'm just thankful to be only 2 games out of first with so many players on the DL over the past two months. It's nice being the first team to defeat Clemens this year too...
