Figueroa St. at the
beachfront. Located on the
promenade just 150 yards north of the
Holiday Inn. The location is called
Promenade Park. The bus can park in
the fairgrounds parking lot (it is huge),
just off Figueroa St at the beach.
You will probably come down U.S.
101. At the outskirts of Ventura,
take the Ventura Ave. exit and be careful
because you can accidently go off into
another exit (the Ojai exit) at the
Ventura Ave exit area. Go under the
bridge first then immediately exit into
Ventura Ave. At the end of the exit turn
right onto Thompson Blvd. Drive for
a block then turn right on Figueroa St.
and drive straight for the beach. The
parking entrance is at the end of
Figueroa St. on the right side. Once in
the lot drive it over in the direction of
Figueroa St. again. Promenade Park
is down the beach promenade (nearby)
across Figueroa St. Good
