HUMBOLDT COUNTY CALIFORNIA
July 5th, 2004
This
Friday, July 9th, 2004, representatives
of Veterans For Peace Chapters 22 and 56
will kick off the National Stop The War
Bus Tour. The first stop on the tour will
be at the Veterans Memorial Hall in San
Francisco, CA. There they will pick up
Bay Area chapter members and hold a press
conference announcing the cross-country
tour to Boston for the annual Veterans
For Peace Convention July 22-25 and
Democratic National Convention July
26-29. The Roadtrip needs your help
to be a success! Sponsor a member,
contribute towards the trip and help
riders make a documentary of the entire
trip at http://www.vetsforpeace.org/roadtrip/default2.asp.
The goals
of the cross country roadtrip are to
raise awareness of the true costs of war
and to bring national attention to
veteran rights issues and the costs that
the public and veterans are paying for
continuing the war.

NM, Northern Texas, Kansas City & St
Louis MO, Indianapolis IN,
Pittsburgh, PA,Philadelphia, PA,
