Placing Your Personalized Shop Build Order Upon completion of paperwork and receipt of payment arrangements, we will fax, mail, or hand you a shop build order to fill out. If you find it convenient, you may drop by our factory to fill out the shop build order and discuss any details. Delivery — On Site Construction Information Please contact us for your order, with directions and your delivery — on site construction questions. The customer is responsible to remove any fence, trees, or other obstacles so the garage can be placed. Any necessary grading or leveling work must be done by the customer before hand. The cement crew will come before your garage arrives, and pour the foundation, if you don't have one already in place. We can deliver within a 50 mile radius of an assembly plant. Beyond that distance there may be an additional charge. If you are located inside the city, we will arrange any necessary building permits. Additional fees may be necessary for the application process. After any necessary permits (for your location) are in hand, your garage will be delivered promptly.
