Casa Nada and the Rivington Scene

This is a video of Fa-Q's (Kevin Wendall's) show at Casa Nada gallery in 1985. Kevin's work is reminiscent of the COBRA school painters in postwar Europe. In fact, Kevin collaborated with the italian COBRA painter Enrico Bai. Wendall is one of the most prolific of the Rivington scene painters. His tag, "Fa-Q" was seen all over the streets and galleries of New York during this time.
