Sockpuppets
A friend of mine and I were once talking about one of our co-workers who
had started off seeming relatively normal, but who quickly, we began to realize
was "come
into your cubical when you are not there and rifle through everything" insane.
In the same kind of way you can be sitting on the bus by someone, having a
relatively normal conversation and then suddenly make a reference to "when
I was abducted," or something like that and you realize that . . . whoa, things
are not what they appear. My friend suggested that the world would be a better
place if crazy people could have some obvious about them to give one fair
warning . . . "Like they could all wear sockpuppets or something that would
be a direct giveaway."
I hate to admit it, but with this election it is almost as if this has suddenly happened to the country at large. Whenever I see somebody with a Bush/Cheney '04 sticker, I silently think, "Oh, they're one of THOSE." This is horrible I know, and I know that the other side feels the same way, but the other side is crazy. Seriously.
One small disclaimer. People who voted for Bush last time, have some issues
of concern with them but think, all said and done that they will vote for
him again, I have a tiny bit of a problem with but they really aren't my
main concern.
The people who bother me are those who are truly his FOLLOWERS, they are
true
believers and the kind that proudly display signage.
Please look at this picture:

You will see that I circled three women in the crowd. How freaky is this? Who are these people, is George W. Bush like the Beatles to these people? Is he more popular that Jesus? I do not want to be associated with this type of follower, brrr!
