will I get my music? After you've paid, you'll receive email notification of your purchase, and so will we. Our automated email system will send you the link(s) to download the sheet music you've bought. |

I pay by cheque and can I have my sheet music sent by post? If you have a UK bank account, you are welcome to pay by cheque. Please contact us for the details you'll need. If you pay by cheque, you can choose to have your sheet music sent by post (UK addresses only) instead of electronically. |
| What
is a PDF file and how will I download it? PDF stands for Portable Document Format. For your computer to be able to open, display and print these files you need an application called Adobe Reader, which is available, free, from Adobe. When you receive our email with the link to download the sheet music you've bought, clicking on the link we provide will take you to the right page to begin your download. If (as is likely with AOL), the link in our email isn't clickable, you'll need to copy and paste it into your browser's address bar and then press your 'return' key. Please contact us if downloading doesn't work for you, and we'll send you your sheet music as an email attachment. |

I have your sheet music in a different key? We charge an additional 30% to provide our sheet music in any key of your choice. So, for example, a cost of £1.30 will increase to £1.69, and a cost of £1.80 will increase to £2.34. You can contact us detailing your requirements without making any commitment to purchase; we will answer promptly. |

music isn't any use to me as I learn by ear. Can you provide sound
files or tapes or CDs? If you learn by ear rather than from written music, we can provide the music, and the separate parts of the arrangements, as downloadable MIDI files, or on tape or CD sent by post (UK only).
