Taken from right out of the oven, this bread offering was fragrant, warm, and had a delightful rosemary flavor. I liked how moist and fresh it was on the inside, and how the crust was very thin, with a slight olive oil flavor. The texture of the bread was doughy and not too dense, with bits of real rosemary. This one ranks among the best, but still lacks that certain jene se qua to earn a coveted Editor's Choice Red Ribbon.
