The crust was too thick & hard, which left me with a bad first impression. It also had a slight sourdough taste - NOT a positive thing for this reviewer.

The bread was served cold, which was another big boo boo. It did have a good doughy texture though, and passed the "baked today" test to elevate its final score above the halfway mark.
