A good variety of bread: focaccia, walnut, and regular white. The focaccia was fresh, but the flavor left much to be desired; some herbs or onions could have spiced it up, but it was quite dissapointing. The texture was too light and dry; I tend to prefer a denser, moister texture for my focaccia. The regular white was, well, regular. It was fresh, had a good doughy texture, and a reasonably tasty flavor for white bread. The walnut bread was the best of the three, with an interesting flavor that wasn't too subtle nor too overwhelming. Sadly, the bread was not served warm, which cost it some points.
