The bread was served warm (big points!), with a lightly crispy crust, and a soft, doughy, moist center. The flavor was satisfactory, but above average for a baguette. I liked how fresh the bread was, and enjoyed this offering very much, but baguettes are just way too ordinary to warrant a 9 or higher score.
