This database consists of 5,992 funeral records from the Glenn E. Kent
and Sons Funeral Home (the "Kent Funeral Home") in Green City (Sullivan
County), Missouri. It covers mostly persons who lived or had lived in the
areas of northeastern Sullivan, northwestern Adair and southeastern Putnam
counties, Missouri. This database, from the founding of the Kent Funeral
Home in 1915 through 31 December 2003, was developed by Ron Kent, current
owner and manager of the funeral home. He generously provided this database
to me with his permission to share it with anyone. The original data showed
only the name of the cemetery of burial. Where known, I have added the cemetery
location to the database, primarily from information received from Kathleen

The records are sorted alphabetically by the surname of the deceased. The
eight fields in the database are listed in the following order:
1 Name of Deceased
2 Date of Death
3 Date of Birth
4 Marital Status
5 Name of Spouse
6 Name of Father
7 Name of Mother
8 Cemetery of Burial
