AMATEUR RADIO

WB6TCS/R

The WB6TCS/R repeater system consists of three selectively linked repeaters.
147.21/.81 (P/L 100) - Oakland Hills
147.21/.81 (P/L 103.5) - Mt. Anthony
444.250/449.250 (P/L 100) - Oakland Hills

The Mt. Anthony repeater is located at 7000' in the Mendocino National Forest. It is a self sustaining solar powered system. The site is located on an exposed mountain top and susceptible to physical damage from the winter storms. The amateur radio operators that use the WB6TCS/R repeaters journey to Mt. Anthony for an annual field weekend. Saturday of that weekend is devoted to making repairs and refurbishing of the radios, antennas and weather station.

The pictures in this section are for the remembrances and to enhance the camaraderie of the WB6TCS/R members.
